Manager

It got down to 12 degrees at our farm on January 3, and it never got about freezing that day.  The previous day it was down to 18 and the yesterday down to 16.  In my big cold frame it went down to 27.  The lettuce and spinach seem to be doing fine.

Follow up to see if this works.

Another Easter and another freeze.  Got down to 25 at our farm last night.  Luckily it is earlier in the year and fewer blureberries are blooming.  Last year’s late freeze wiped out our blueberries.  This year I took no chances, I covered my mature blushes with a cold frame and put a kerosene heater in it.
