Garlic

Lambs Quarter

This is one of those marvelous wild plants that’s completely edible, delicious and highly nutritious. Use it where you would spinach, raw or cooked.

It can be eaten raw in salads, on sandwiches, in soups or stir-fry. It is quite versatile as a garnish and the mild flavor blends well with other vegetables. (~ 1/4 lb bag)

Okra

Native to Africa, okra thrives in the midsummer heat of the South. Depending on pod size, okra can be boiled, used in gumbo, fried or pickled. It can also be dried for winter use in soups, especially Cajun fare.(~ 1# bag)

Parsley

This is the aromatic flat leaf type that is so excellent for cooking.  Also good, chopped and mixed in with salad.  2 oz.
